Marcelo Cabrera

Marcelo Cabrera is mayor of Cuenca, Ecuador, since 2014. Her worked more than 15 years at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Cuenca as a professor and 2 years as a Sub-Dean. From 1997 to 2004, he served as President of the company Eléctrica Centro Sur.
